$RAX agreed to go private for $32 per share in cash, which represents a premium of 38% when compared to $RAX's unaffected closing stock price on Aug. 3, 2016. $RAX's BoD unanimously approved the agreement with $APO Funds and recommends that $RAX's stockholders vote in favor of the transaction.
