Cloud services provider $AKAM posted lower 2Q16 earnings due to lower income from operations & lower provision for income taxes. 2Q16 net income rose 10% to $74MM and diluted EPS rose 14% to $0.42 vs. 2Q15. Revenue rose 6% to $572MM vs. 2Q15, helped by higher revenues in Performance & Security Solutions and Services & Support Solutions.
