At June 30, 2016, $EOG's total debt outstanding was $7.0Bil with a debt-to-total capitalization ratio of 37%. Taking into account cash on the balance sheet of $780MM at the end of 2Q, $EOG's net debt was $6.2Bil with a net debt-to-total capitalization ratio of 34%.
