$VLO ended 4Q15 with $7.4Bil in total debt and $4.1Bil of cash and temporary cash investments, of which $81MM was held by VLP. The company debt to capital ratio, net of $2Bil in cash, was 20%. On Jan. 21, the company announced a 20% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.50 per share to $0.60 per share.
