$DNB, a provider of commercial data to businesses, reported a 7% increase in its 4Q15 revenue, but earnings fell due to acquisition related charges. The company reported earnings attributable to $DNB shareholders of $76.7MM, or $2.11 per share, compared with earnings of $91.7MM, or $2.53 per share a year ago. Revenue rose to $499.3MM.
