Petroleum refiner $HFC said it has priced an offering of $250MM of 5.875% senior notes maturing April 1, 2026 at 99.326% of principal amount. Company intends to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including CapEx, and pay some fees and expenses related to the offering. Offering is expected to close on March 22.
