$HRB's revenues for the three months ended January 31, 2016 decreased 6.8% over the prior year. US assisted tax preparation fees declined 5.3% and royalties declined 22.8% due primarily to lower tax return volumes, which were partially offset by improved rate and mix. Other revenues declined 58.1%.
