Packaging company $SEE reported a rise in 2Q16 earnings driven by lower restructuring and a decline in costs and expenses. Net income rose to $49.6MM or $0.25 per share from $28.1MM or $0.13 per share last year. Net sales slid to $1.73Bil from $1.79Bil. Non-GAAP EPS increased to $0.65 from $0.60.
