Health insurer $CI reported a decline in 4Q15 earnings due to transaction costs related to its proposed merger with $ANTM as well as higher expenses. Net income slid to $426MM or $1.64 per share from $467MM or $1.77 per share last year. Revenue grew to $9.53Bil from $8.93Bil. Adjusted income from operations per share rose to $1.87 from $1.80.
