$WMT's OpEx as a percentage of net sales increased 91 BP vs. 3Q15, primarily due to investments in store wages and labor hours in the US. The company's consolidated operating income dipped 8.8% to $5.7Bil. Excluding currency impact of approx. $214MM, operating income decreased 5.4% mainly associated to factors that increased OpEx.
