$TMO posted 3Q15 net income of $476.1MM or $1.18 per diluted share, both were up about 1% from the year-ago period. Excluding one-time items, the company's adjusted earnings rose 5% to $1.80 per share. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based company's revenue dropped slightly to $4.12Bil from $4.17Bil from the year-ago period.
