Ken Usdin of Jefferies asks about the effiency ratio. $STI said the effiency ratio might be higher in 2H16 because the NIM decline will have some downward pressure on net interest income. There are also some increased expenses coming up in 2H16. $STI expects to improve its 2016 efficiency ratio from 2015.
