$QEP 1Q15 10-Q: At March 31, 2015 (vs. at Dec. 31, 2014): Cash & cash equivalents were $500.4MM vs. $1,160.1MM. Long-term debt was $2,218.3MM vs. $2,218.1MM. QEP Energy’s lease OpEx increased $5.4MM, or $0.06 per Mcfe, in 1Q15 vs. 1Q14. During the three months ended March 31, 2015, no shares were repurchased.
$SBUX launched its annual “Starbucks for Life” competition in the U.S. and Canada. The winner of the competition will receive a credit of one drink or food item per day for a duration of 30 years.
$T shares rose 1.8%, as a big boost for the S&P 500. The company said its new streaming television service DirectTV has so far exceeded expectations.
