Independent petroleum and natural gas company $COG reported 4Q15 net loss of $111.1MM or $0.27 per share versus a net loss of $221.8MM or $0.54 per share in 4Q14. Operating revenue was $280.8MM, due to lower natural gas revenue & lower gain on derivative instruments as compared to last year. Excluding items, net loss was $6.4MM or $0.02 per share.
