Pinnacle Associates analyst Randy Baron questions $BKS on whether there are any contractual reasons for it being unable to exit the NOOK business entirely. CFO Allen Lindstrom says that on NOOK losses, $BKS has taken out a bit of SG&A over the last few years to rationalize the business. A substantial amount of NOOK customers shop in $BKS stores.
