Omni-channel retailer $M's 3Q15 earnings dropped 41% to $0.36 per share and net income declined 46% to $118MM from a year ago. Excluding asset impairment charges of $111MM, or $0.20 per share, primarily related to the previously-announced plans to close 35 to 40 stores in early 2016, third quarter earnings per share were $0.56 per share.
