$KMI reported a $387MM non-cash impairment in 3Q15 on its Goldsmith field in the CO2 segment. $KMI expects to end the year with approx. $300MM in excess coverage. $KMI expects Natural Gas to end the year slightly above budget, CO2 15% below budget, Terminals about 6% below budget, Products and KMC slightly below budget.
