$AFL said its BoD declared 1Q16 dividend of $0.41 per share, payable on March 1 to shareholders of record on Feb. 16. In addition, $AFL expects to produce stable operating EPS of $6.17-6.41 for 2016, assuming average exchange rate in 2015 of 120.99 JPY to the USD. $AFL still expects to repurchase $1.4Bil of its shares in 2016.
