$EE, a regional electric utility, said its BoD has appointed Mary Kipp, President of $EE, as CEO. Ms. Kipp succeeds Thomas Shockley, who has fulfilled his contract and will continue as a Board member. Prior to joining $EE, Kipp was a senior attorney in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Office of Enforcement in Washington DC.
