$MCO said it has invested in Seattle-based Finagraph, and expects this to broaden its offering of credit risk solutions covering SMEs. Under the investment terms, $MCO will gain a minority ownership stake in Finagraph and will have a seat on its BoD. The investment was funded through cash on hand and is not expected to impact $MCO's EPS in 2016.
