Cross-platform measurement company $SCOR said it received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of NASDAQ saying that as it has not filed its Form 10-K for FY15 and its Form 10-Qs for 1Q16 and 2Q16, the company is non-compliant with the listing rule.
