$PNC's non-performing assets for 4Q15 declined by $455MM from last year, reflecting improvements in the residential mortgage, commercial real estate and home equity nonperforming loan portfolios. Non-performing assets to total assets were 0.68% at Dec. 31, 2015, down from 0.69% at Sept. 30, 2015 and 0.83% at Dec. 31, 2014.
