Chicago, Illinois-based $EQR said occupancy for 1Q16 was at 95.9%, but appeared to show a return to the normal seasonal pattern. The company saw improving occupancy in Southern California and Washington D.C. $EQR is expecting to see some seasonal softening in 4Q16 and lowering its full year 2016 projection from 96% to 95.9%.
