San Francisco-based REIT $PLD posted core FFO of $0.64 per share in 4Q15. Core FFO was $2.23 per share in 2015, up 19% YoverY. This includes $0.05 of net promote income earned in 4Q15 from the PELP venture. $PLD exceeded the top-end of its guidance, primarily due to operations and timing of capital deployment.
