$AEP agreed to sell four competitive power plants totaling 5,200 megawatts (MW) for about $2.17Bil to a newly formed joint venture of $BX and ArcLight Capital Partners. $AEP expects to net about $1.2Bil in cash after taxes, repayment of debt associated with these assets and transaction fees.
