$DLPH's net sales for 1Q16 rose by 7% from last year. $DLPH experienced volume growth of 8% for the period as a result of increased sales in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Net sales also increased by a net $162MM as a result of acquisitions and divestitures, primarily resulting from the net sales of HellermannTyton.
