$KMI ended 3Q15 with $42.5Bil in debt. $KMI spent $6Bil on acquisitions, expansion capital and contributions to equity investments; about $3.3Bil in acquisitions and $2.65Bil on expansion capital. $KMI also made a pension contribution of $50MM and repurchased warrants of $12MM.
$FOXA just entered into a preliminary deal with Sky plc under which it will acquire all shares, or should I say remaining shares for a total value of $23 billion. The sleeping fox catches no poultry, but this fox just caught something that’s a lot bigger than poultry.
