$ANTM said that the debt capital ratio was 40.8% at Dec. 31, 2015, down 40BPs from 41.2% as of Sep. 30, 2015, reflecting the impact of reducing outstanding balance in commercial paper during the quarter. The company ended the fourth quarter with approx. $1.4Bil in cash & investments at the parent company.
