$PX said it appointed Kelcey Hoyt as VP and controller. She succeeds Elizabeth Hirsch, who is retiring after 18 years of service. Hoyt, formerly director, investor relations, will be succeeded by Juan Pelaez, who served as VP of finance for Praxair Mexico since 2011. Both are effective Aug. 1, and will be reporting to SVP and CFO Matthew White.
