$BRCM Form 4: On June 25, 2015, Michael Hurlston, EVP, Worldwide Sales, exercised 8,750, 1,093, 2,500 and 1,250 stock options and acquired the same number of shares at $29.39, $23.17, $27.74 and $32.93 per share respectively and sold 13,593 shares in multiple trades at prices ranging from $52.72-53.56 per share. Michael now owns 302,382 shares.
Seems like $AMD has hit the right wind. Its stock was up almost 9% to $9.45 on Tuesday following reports that it signed a licensing deal with Intel.
