$WEN said it is increasing its outlook for 2016 adj. EPS to $0.38 to $0.40 from its prior guidance of $0.35 to $0.37 and increasing its outlook for 2016 adj. EBITDA to down 1% to up 1 % compared to 2015 from its prior guidance of down 2% to flat. $WEN also forecast general and administrative expense of approx. $245 to $250MM in 2016.
