Defense giant $NOC posted lower 4Q15 results, hurt by lower revenue and higher expenses. $NOC said net earnings dropped 9% to $459MM, or $2.49 per share in 4Q15 compared to $506MM, or $2.48 per share in the prior year. Lower segment operating income hurt revenue that fell 7% to $5.7Bil in 4Q15. Excluding items, $NOC earned $2.18 per share.
$WBA is yet to receive US anti-trust clearance for its Rite Aid acquisition. The deadline for the deal expires on January 27.
