$MOS 2Q15 PR: Net sales in the Phosphates segment were $1.4Bil, up from $1.3Bil in 2Q14 with higher sales volumes partially offset by lower finished product prices. Net sales in the Potash segment totaled $730MM, down from $762MM last year, driven by lower sales volumes, partially offset by higher average realized prices.
$FOXA just entered into a preliminary deal with Sky plc under which it will acquire all shares, or should I say remaining shares for a total value of $23 billion. The sleeping fox catches no poultry, but this fox just caught something that’s a lot bigger than poultry.
