Koppers Inc., a subsidiary of $KOP, announced pricing of its $500MM of 6.00% Senior Notes due 2025 at an issue price of 100% of principal amount. The size of the offering was increased by $100MM from the prior offering size of $400MM. The sale of the Notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on Jan. 25, 2017.
