Great results from $TSLA, however the question remains if Tesla can continue to scale up to produce the cars in the quantity it promises. Model 3 numbers need to be in multiples of what they are producing right now. Wish them the best, will keep an eye as I am still not convinced that they can scale easily.

Denver-based REIT $AIV reported a drop in 3Q16 earnings, due to higher depreciation from redevelopment and development projects. Net income fell to $15.51MM or $0.07 per share from $19.18MM or $0.12 per share last year. Total revenues grew to $248.9MM from $246.39MM. Funds from operations (FFO) slid to $0.54 from $0.57 per share.
