$PVH 1Q15 10-Q: The effective income tax rate was 22.4% vs. 19.7% in 1Q14. PVH made net payments of $20.8MM vs. $7.3MM to PVH Australia in 1Q14, representing its 50% share of funding. Capital expenditures were $49MM vs. $51MM in 1Q14 and PVH expects approx. $300MM for FY15.
