During 3Q15, $AIV's redevelopment at Corte Madera, CA, reached 97% of occupancy and at Pacific Bay Vistas in San Bruno, CA enjoyed another quarter of 20% plus rent increases. As intended, $AIV continues to sell the lowest rated 5-10% of its portfolio each year and use the proceeds for acquisition and redevelopment of higher quality apartments.
