Fast food company $YUM reported 3Q15 diluted EPS of $0.95 & EPS excluding special items of $1.00. "Third-quarter EPS grew 14%. We're pleased that same-store sales turned positive & we achieved restaurant margins of nearly 20% in our China business. However, the pace of recovery in our China Division is below our expectations, said Greg Creed, CEO."

Looks like Uber will be paying $20 million to settle a US Federal Trade Commission lawsuit. FTC accused Uber of false and misleading claims about driver pay and stuff. Uber however neither denied nor admitted and will just be paying the $20 million.
