$AES provided its 2016 adjusted EPS guidance range of $1.05-1.15, which is approx. $0.20 lower than its prior expectations. The revision reflects the $0.15 impact from FX and commodities, the $0.05 impact from lower demand and higher interest rates in Brazil and the $0.04 impact from regulatory changes affecting at El Nino.
$SBUX launched its annual “Starbucks for Life” competition in the U.S. and Canada. The winner of the competition will receive a credit of one drink or food item per day for a duration of 30 years.
